South Indian Scrambled eggs/ Anda Burji /Kodiguddu porutu/Egg fry/Egg burji

This is the easiest recipe ever.. you are going to make.


Onions- 2 medium ( finely chopped)
Green Chilies-2 ( finely chopped)
Red chili powder-1/4 to 1/2 tbs
Turmeric Powder-2 to 3 pinches
Curry leaves-few
Coriander leaves-small bunch
Cinnamon & clove powder-2 to 3 pinches(optional)
Oil- 2 tbs
salt- to taste


Heat oil in a pan on medium flame,add curry leaves,chopped green chilies,finely chopped onions,little bit salt and fry until onions are transparent.
Now add turmeric,red chili powder and sauté for 1/2 minutes.
Add beaten eggs now and mix well.
Let it cook until the eggs are done with a frequent stirring.
Finally add the cinnamon & clove powder and take in to a serving bowl.
This go well with Rice and also with roti.

Additions &Tips:

You can use tampering at the beginning if you like.
chopped tomatoes can be added and sautéed for 3/4 minutes (before adding eggs )
Instead of cinnamon & clove powder you can use whole spices.This you have to add in the hot oil before adding anything.
